Warranty Terms

FOR LEGAL ENTITIES

MAIN WARRANTY SERVICE CONDITIONS

The warranty service covers the conditions established by the manufacturer.

The warranty service includes free repair of the product during the warranty period.

The warranty service applies only to factory defects.

CANCELLATION OF WARRANTY SERVICE

Warranty service is voided or does not apply if:

  • The warranty period has expired.
  • The purchase document is not presented, making it impossible to identify the product.
  • The serial number, IMEI code, or other identifiers are unreadable or missing, making it impossible to identify the product.
  • The defect/damage is caused by mechanical impact and is not an initial defect.
  • The defect/damage results from improper storage or use.
  • Damage is caused by a computer virus or incompatible files.
  • Damage is caused by electrical issues at the location of operation or due to problems from the electricity supplier.
  • The defect is due to improper operation or storage by the consumer.
  • The defect results from unqualified repair or installation work performed by the consumer.
  • The defect is caused by the use of unlicensed software.
  • The defect is caused by non-compliance with the manufacturer’s instructions during repair or installation work or by unauthorized personnel.

SERVICE TERMS

To receive warranty service, the consumer should contact the company at the following address: Tbilisi, Vanis #3 (Plot 8/7).

A false service call is chargeable and will be reimbursed by the consumer. The cost of a false call, including transportation, is 30 GEL.

Warranty service will be provided within thirty (30) calendar days after leaving the product with the company. In some cases, where product ordering is necessary, additional time (10-12 weeks) may be required, and the consumer will be notified accordingly.

The product must be left with the company for warranty service to be provided.

 

FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSUMERS

Every consumer is entitled to the legal warranty rights provided under the “Law on Consumer Rights Protection” of Georgia.

KEY CONSUMER RIGHTS

1. If the product is found to be defective, the consumer has the right to demand the company to rectify the defect (free repair or replacement of the product, price reduction) or to terminate the contract.

2. Repair and replacement are the primary rights of the consumer. The consumer may request free repair or replacement of the product unless it is impossible or disproportionately costly considering the nature of the product.

3. The product must be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time without causing significant inconvenience to the consumer, considering the nature and purpose of the product.

4. Free repair or replacement includes covering all expenses (including postage, labor, and materials) necessary to ensure the product's compliance with the contract terms.

5. The consumer has the right to request a price reduction or terminate the contract if any of the following conditions are met:

5. Repair or replacement is impossible.

5.1. The company fails to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, and the consumer loses interest in fulfilling the contract.

5.2. The repair or replacement by the company causes significant inconvenience to the consumer.

5.3. In case of contract termination, the consumer may request compensation for damages caused by non-fulfillment of the contract, according to Georgian law.

6. The consumer cannot terminate the contract if the defect is minor.

7. The assessment of whether the cost is disproportionate or excessively high should consider:

8. The product or service price in case of compliance with the contract terms.

8.1. The extent of the non-compliance.

8.2. The possibility of rectifying the defect without causing inconvenience to the consumer.

LEGAL WARRANTY PERIOD AND CONDITIONS

The consumer has the right to exercise the legal warranty within two (2) years from the date of product delivery.

If the defect is discovered within six (6) months of receiving the product, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise. In such cases, the burden of proof lies with the seller. If the defect is discovered after six (6) months, the burden of proof that the defect existed at the time of delivery lies with the consumer.

COMMERCIAL WARRANTY

If the manufacturer has set a warranty period longer than two (2) years, the manufacturer's warranty (“Commercial Warranty”) will apply after the first two (2) years from the product's receipt by the consumer. In case a defect is discovered after two (2) years, products covered by a commercial warranty are subject to repair.

The conditions for voiding warranty service under the commercial warranty are the same as those outlined in these warranty terms.
